Powersoft strengthens technological partnership with Coastal Source

Powersoft has announced a “significant milestone” in its longstanding collaboration with Coastal Source, a US-based innovator in outdoor audio systems. This strategic OEM agreement marks the next phase of a multi-year partnership focused on developing a purpose-built amplifier platform tailored specifically for Coastal Source.

Leveraging Powersoft’s technologies and allowing seamless AES67 network integration, the new amplifier lineup is engineered to be used in the harshest outdoor environments. At the heart of the new lineup are eight custom amplifier models. “We are excited to take our collaboration with Coastal Source to the next level”, says Luca Lastrucci, CEO of Powersoft. “This partnership represents the evolution of a shared technological vision. We have always valued Coastal Source’s innovative approach to outdoor audio.”

Now in the final stages of development, the new amplifier family will begin shipping in May 2025 as part of Coastal Source’s product portfolio.
