Chinese version of ‘War Horse’ with Clay Paky Alpha Beam 700s

Olivier Award winning lighting designer Paule Constable has used Clay Paky Alpha Beam 700s for the Chinese production of the stage play ‘War Horse’. Constable was lead lighting designer for the production, alongside associate Karen Spahn and programmer Blake Garner.

The production was part of the 2015 UK-China Year of Cultural Exchange. National Theatre Live is collaborating with the National Theater of China to bring more productions to the country with the support of the British Council. The Chinese production of ‘War Horse’ debuted on 4 September in Beijing. ACE, Clay Paky distributor in China, supplied all of the lighting equipment to the show, including the Alpha Beam 700s.
